    Dear Support Team!

I would like to ask for help, for the following error:

    "0x0000003b 0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff8024f090e95, 0xfffff802544e7920, 0x0000000000000000. A memóriakép mentve a következő fájlba: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\010121-6234-01.dmp. Jelentés azonosítója: 3f1afef5-424d-477a-b453-1be904fe4719."

I googled a lot about this, but as I see, a lot of people have this problem, so I decided to ask for help too.

The error happens 1-2 times a day, and always when I'm browsing the internet watching anime, tv-series, downloading stuff by Edge/Chrome/Opera, whatever I use.

Interesting part is, when I stress the machine with games for hours, the PC never crashes.

    Specs:

Intel Core i5 2500K, @4500 MHz yes, OC-ed, but for many years without problems

Corsair Vengeance 16 GB 1600 MHz

    MSI Z77A-G43

    Aerocool Project 7 750W

Gigabyte Radeon R9 380X 4 GB DDR5 256 bit up to date, always installed after DDU removing

These crashes have been started for about 1 month ago.

    Minidump file:

    Bugcheck Crash

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I appreciate the efforts taken by you in resolving the issue. I understand that you are receiving Bugcheck crash on your computer. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.

    However, please let us know:

    • Do you receive a Blue Screen when the computer crash?
    • When exactly does the computer crash?
    • Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
    • Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
    • What is the make and model of the computer?

If you are receiving a Blue screen error then, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article
    Troubleshoot blue screen errors.

I would suggest you to share the dump files so that we can analyze them and get to the root cause of the issue. To share the files Navigate to
C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.

    We await your response.

    all games crash!

    I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
    What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

    Windows 10 Bugcheck Crash

    Hey there,

After rolling back, things are better but I still got a random crash. Can you please look at these new dumps and help me identify what's up? This new build has been nothing but crashes and is becoming a nightmare.

    New Crash Dumps.zip

EDIT: The bugcheck issue continues. Here's more detail of that Event Viewer has to say:

    • Error 9/1/2019 8:59:03 PM BugCheck 1001
      None

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0xfffff8783ac6b3a7, 0x00000000000000ff, 0x000000000000003b, 0xfffff80269fede34). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 17c94459-2231-4b1d-a152-7c0733b32b3e.

Note sure if relevant, but I'm also getting a lot of these Warning in Event View:

    • Warning 9/1/2019 9:47:34 PM DistributedCOM

    Services administrative tool.

Someone please help! System crashes are constant.
