Windows 10: BugCheck after "BSOD", I do not know what to do.

I've very recently started getting a whole bunch of errors on my pc. Basically since I updated to the newest nvidia driverIt started with freeze frames and a drop in frame rates, then game crashes and now I'm getting "BSOD"'s. I wouldn't call it a BSOD since the screen doesn't go blue, nor do I get the "System ran into a problem :". Instead both of my screens go nearly completely black, except for a bunch of pixels that show what they were showing before the crash, just extremely saturated, and then the pc restarts as if nothing happened.I've reinstalled the drivers multiple times. Has any one got this BSOD when stress testing a overclock before? i can get the minidump if some one can read it for me i was trying for 4.5Ghz @ 1.31v and after around 20min of stressing i would get this BSOD and it would shut my system down not even sure i saw a BSOD just a shutdown?

Windows crashed and if got this message when I checked out the event viewer. is this caused from hardware? or a windows update?

what steps do I need to take, because I got scared in case it crashes when I'm doing work.
