Windows 10: Bugcheck Analysis

My PC just rebooted itself and I dont know why. I looked at the memory dump, and it said bugcheck analysis. I dont know what caused it, because I have the latest drivers and windows is up to date. there is something wrong with suggested for you list on npu page. clicking on picture of dd:da review from suggested for you list leads to perormance analysis instead of review. hovering mouse over it shows in status bar correct link to review but clicking on picture reloads analysis.
links from reviews&articles page works fine.

edit: link from home page of npu sends you to analysis instead of review as well.

Please check your hardware. Bugcheck analysis is useless in your situation.

• Since when are you facing the above issue? Did you make any recent changes to the computer?
• Did you try booting the computer in Safe mode and check if the issue persists?
