Windows 10: Bugcheck error 0x0000009f - Computer crashes when trying to enter sleep mode

I've been having a recurring issue with my PC whereby every time I try to manually command it to go to sleep, it crashes instead. Every time this happens I see three separate critical events in my reliability history: Windows was not properly shut down, Windows stopped working and Shut down unexpectedly.


Below is the message I get when I check 'Windows stopped working'

The issues started on 10th December, which is also the date I installed a Windows update, however after uninstalling this update doesn't seem to have stopped my computer from crashing. I've noticed that since 10th December that my computer has also been unable to go to sleep normally - my current settings are the monitors are supposed to turn off after 10 minutes, and the computer go to sleep after 20, but I can leave it on for hours without touching it and the monitors never even turn off.


I am guessing the issue may have something to with my USB wireless network adaptor, since when I was manually disconnecting devices to see if they might be the source of the problem, my computer immediately bluescreened when I removed it. I'm not sure how to go about fixing it, however, since I thought uninstalling the windows update would be enough to roll back any potentially faulty driver update it may have received.



Can anyone help me sort this out? I will try and provide extra information if needed, though I not very tech literate.

Office issued Dell XPS 7275 Tablet 2 in 1 to me recently.
Helpdesk unable to resolve why computer crashes when coming out of Sleep mode. Running Win 10.

This is the error message I see in the reliability monitor. dmp file attached as zip.

Crash happened around 12:03 PM July 31 2016.

Computer keeps rebooting when I put it in sleep mode, due to bugcheck 0x0000009f

Hi, my PC keeps rebooting everytime I put it in sleep mode. I checked the event viewer, it says the following:

Bugcheck 0x0000009f when hibernating or sleeping

When I've been putting my PC to sleep at night, it's been off the next morning. This just started happening a couple of weeks ago. The error in the reliability monitor is: "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003,
