Windows 10: bugcheck error

so today i got a bugcheck error saying that my pc didnt shutdown cleanly. last time i turned my computer off was last night and it had zero issues when shutting down. today when i turned my PC on it had zero issues starting up but when i checked my event viewer, it said i had a bugcheck error.there was no bluescreen or system restart, nothing. just this random bugcheck error. this is the only minidump file i have and if you want to take a look at it yourself this is where i have it stored.https://drive.google.com/file/d/11MX7pwr29bizc9oeh5llcKqHfMSvqYO5/view?usp=sharingThis is what my system s

• Since when are you facing the above issue? Did you make any recent changes to the computer?
• Did you try booting the computer in Safe mode and check if the issue persists?

Bugcheck Crash

• Do you receive a Blue Screen when the computer crash?
  
• When exactly does the computer crash?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  

If you are receiving a Blue screen error then, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article
Troubleshoot blue screen errors.



I would suggest you to share the dump files so that we can analyze them and get to the root cause of the issue. To share the files Navigate to
C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.

If you are receiving a Blue Screen error, I would suggest you to share the dump files so that we can analyze them and get to the root cause of the issue. To share the files Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.



Meanwhile, I would suggest you to remove any external devices attached to the computer apart from keyboard and mouse and check if that helps.
