Windows 10: BugCheck Event 1001 causes PC to restart randomly while running program that use high CPU

Hello,I have been running into a bluescreen and restarting it self issue many times,The computer has rebooted from a bug check. The bugcheck was: 0x000001aa 0x0000000037fff380, 0x0000000000000003, 0xffffaa012c5f6900, 0xffff940348c8eab8. A dump was saved in C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. BugCheck Event 1001 causes PC to restart randomly while playing one game

I will be playing ULTRAKILL, and then completely randomly my computer restarts. I checked Event Viewer and it gives me an Error with the source "BugCheck" and the Event ID "1001". This has happened multiple times and only happens when playing this one game.

I recently replaced my GPU and since have had nothing but issues.

1) BUGCHECK Event ID 1001 The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xffffa98e57f7e460, 0xfffff8078a8dbfe4, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004).

this occurs after playing games. ive managed to play games on high settings for 5+ hours and it happens randomly and ive played games for 5 minutes and its happened randomly.

I've used various benchmark tools (Prime95, heaven, userbench, passmark, cpu-z) can do the same test twice and it will pass one time and fail another.

along with this i have had Kernal power event id 41 (Task catagory 63)

32gb ram

asus h470-I Mini itx mobo

rtx 3090 asus tuf

750watt psu corsair sf750

4 x 120mm fans

2 x nvme m.2

2x ssd

ive been monitoring Temps and have tried stock clocks and reducing clocks and power limit (i thought it could be a power issue)

now i have disabled turbo on cpu so it can only run at its base clock and the gpu is at 50& power limit i am doubting PSU problems.

any help would be great?
