Windows 10: Bugcheck keeps restarting my laptop ASUS Zenbook ux3402

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000ef 0xffffd986875f8080, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: eb339d30-4b66-4fec-8e66-8de2c0b89d88.This Is happening soo frequently in my laptop overnight barely see bluescreen while in useCan anyone please help me!!

Asus Zenbook stuck on Asus logo

Hi,

I have a ASUS Zenbook laptop which recently received a windows update.

Ever since the update - the laptop would not start up and it would just go in a loop

"Attempting to recover installation.." "Undoing changes made to your computer...". and then restart (this cycle would just keep repeating)

I took it to IT and they tried to get into Recovery mode by keeping the power button pressed firmly during this loop and also pressing the "ESC F1 F2 F3". After doing this multiple times

Now the machine just shows the ASUS logo and doesn't even try to boot up.

I need to get my laptop up and running - is that even possible at this point? Can you please suggest steps to troubleshoot / recover from this situation?

Asus laptop stuck on asus logo when restarting/rebooting

Hi. My asus zenbook laptop works fine till I dont restart it and occassionally windows 11 updates and restarts and then it gets stuck at the asus logo and the ring keeps on circling. I have done a reset to the laptop 2-3 times, it works untill i restart it again. Can someone help with this? Its frustrating.

 

Lost wifi connection on windows 10 (asus zenbook)

My wifi connection is lost after few days of not using my asus zenbook. It has been one of my problems to my laptop (the other is the bluetooth) but sometimes after few restarts it will appear afterwards. Now it doesn't work like that anymore. I checked
the network adapters on device manager but it's also not included on the list. Please advice on what to do.
