Windows 10: BugCheck - occasionally my machine reboots instead of waking up from sleep mode .dmp attached

Windows 10 all "power button" options set to Hibernate, occasionally sleeps instead

I have all my "power button" options set to Hibernate. Most of the time, the system hibernates as it should. Occasionally, it decides to sleep instead, and the power button blinks. It will then not wake up, and I have to do a cold reboot. When I then look at the power button options, they all say hibernate. Any suggestions?

I'd already tries you first suggestion. See my first bullet point.

The second suggestion made no difference. I still don't see Allow Hybrid Sleep as an Advanced Power option and putting the PC into sleep mode does exactly the same. I get the blinking power light and then when trying to wake the machine it re-boots instead
of restarting.

Computer reboots instead of wakes from sleep

This made no difference. Upon trying to wake the computer, it goes into BIOS. The Windows boot drive is absent in the BIOS boot order list, so I have to turn the computer off, then reboot. Upon booting, any windows that were open prior to sleep are now
closed (i.e., it is a cold boot, not a wake from sleep).
