Windows 10: BugCheck on Lenovo Laptop

Hello All,


I am experiencing a BugCheck Error in Windows 10 where my PC goes to sleep and then shuts down shortly after and creates a BugCheck in event viewer.


I know its a driver issue because when I do a clean install, I don't have this problem but eventually, it happens again due to Windows Updates pulling in random Driver Updates for my PC that seems to be part of the problem.


Ive tried going to Lenovos website to update all the drivers but the issue persists.


I uploaded the Memory.DMP file and the details below:


The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f 0x0000000000000003, 0xffff978a21117060, 0xffffa88af2053850, 0xffff978a21ea7a10. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 285c6cad-de6c-46ad-97f4-48a4c12b18fe.

Let me know if you have any suggestions. I contacted Lenovo Support but I haven't heard anything back.

Fingerprint scaner does not work as expected in Lenovo laptop

What is the model of the Lenovo laptop wherein the fingerprint scanner does not work?

Since the issue involves working of the fingerprint scanner which came inbuilt with the Lenovo laptop, I would request you to contact the laptop manufacturer.

In the meanwhile you can execute the Hardware and devices troubleshooter and then check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with the Bluetooth adapter. Refer these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X, select
  Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
  
• 
  Restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved.
  

Please revert if you face any issues with the fingerprint scanner.
