Windows 10: BugCheck Resets

Over the last several days, I've had some phantom restarts. My computer will be left unattended and when I check it later I am presented with the log in screen. I have gone into Event Viewer several times and each time I am presented with some version of the following error:


The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b 0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff80248d45230, 0xffff8b0023446920, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 6e07df36-e5d4-4503-b64f-3f56e4ed8470.


This is the most recent one from this morning around 12:48 am on 10-5-2020.


I have used the Windows Memory Check tool - no errors. I have also run chkdsk on both the boot drive and a HDD that I think is failing based on the grinding sound it makes when the system is booting up - a replacement is on the way - again, no errors detected. I have included a link to the minidump and system info files.

Please reply to a few questions asked below:

• Since when are you facing the above issue? Did you make any recent changes to the computer?
• Did you try booting the computer in Safe mode and check if the issue persists?

Windows 10 infinite restart black screen

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
