Windows 10: bugcheck was: 0x00000133 constantly

I got this error which freezes windows a few times over the past few years, although not in the last 6 months or so.But I bought a nvdia 1630gtx and a 5k2k monitor displayport and it freezes everytime within 5 minutes.I now returned my old monitor, connected to the nvidia hdmi and it seems to hold out longer, haven't had a freeze creating this postHope someone can analyze the dump file and tell if its a driver issueHope you can access these files, never used onedrive beforeMy dump files080724-37421-01.dmp080724-37953-01.dmp080724-38187-01.dmpsysinfo export sysinfo2.txt

Computer freezed twice today, ran 4 weeks without issue. No new software or drivers installed. Screen froze and then computer restart without BSOD message. Event log message: bugcheck was: 0x00000133 (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000501, 0x0000000000000500, 0x0000000000000000). Attachment 94325
