    Hi, I've been experiencing blue screens with my windows 10 64bit using the audio interface focusr scarlett only (2nd gen) the error that marks me is "bugcode usb driver" I searched all the forums for some solution and none worked for me.
    I tried to reinstall the audio interface drivers and it does not give any results, it happens only when I'm playing the PUBG game, but the problem is not the game since I have tried using the audio card of my motherboard and it does not give me any problem . The error occurs when there are too many sounds in the game (places where there are too many shots around) but also in quiet places the interface produces fps drops in addition to beeps or distorted sounds from time to time.

    Upload the .dmp file so you can see what the specific error is.

    BSOD SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION ffusbaudio.sys when plugging out focusrite scarlett 2i2

    I have a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 audio interface. When I plug in in I cannot play audio as on testing it says "the device being used by someone else". When I remove the usb from the laptop it causes a BSOD saying SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and ffusbaudio.sys
    caused the error.

    Hi Saksham, as you probably guessed, the minidump file indicates your Focusrite USB 2.0 Audio Driver as the culprit for this Blue Screen . . .

    Try updating the driver for this device from the manufacturers website:

    Focusrite 2i2 not recognised by Windows 10

    Hi

    I've checked I've got the latest driver and that I can see the 2i2 in Control Panel. Focusrite confirm that it works with Win10.

    In Manage audio devices the 2i2 is shown as a recording device. However, I still can't see n Playback devices.

    My setup is

    StudioLogic 880 keyboard to UM-ONE analog-digital interface to Surface Pro 3 docking station (the latest one, which also works with the Pro 4)

    + standard connection to Surface

    + USB connection to Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 conne3cted with º1/4 in audio cables to speakers.

    Have you a any more suggestions?
