Windows 10: build 10159

Discus and support build 10159 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; trying to update from 10130 to 10159 but for some reason it will not update. Any ideas? 7664 Discussion in 'Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade' started by Matt Siegel, Jul 1, 2015.

    Windows 10 Builds

    I upgraded to windows 10 build 10159,then went back to version 10158. Now i'm ready to upgrade again10159, will windows update offer 10159 again or will i have to wait for the next build. I am gettin updates for defender

    My start menu button and other options (such as notifications, volume, etc.) are not working. Windows 10

    Same problems, i using Build 10159. help!

    build 10159

    Hi there

    I think FIRST you have to ensure your 10130 build is ACTIVATED -- do that by in the activation screen choose Change Product Key and enter the key for build 10130.

    Now re-boot and try again.

    You might find you need one or two attempts to get the update to install -- sometimes there will be a few other updates (Windows defender stuff etc) that need to go on first.

    Well I checked; and it says its activated already. I tried a few different times to install the update build with no luck so where do i head from here.

    what about installing it from the iso? Can someone give me the link to the iso for build 10159?
