    hi,

    My lumia 730 has got build 10166.

    Is this the latest build or build 10240?

    When official win 10 update will come for mobile devices?

    Huh? It looks the same to me, other than the new arrow buttons... but those are just system wide.

    Comparing it to Windows 8's device manager, I see nothing new.
