Windows 10: Build 19041.1052 Blocks Access to Adobe Software

On June 8 Windows Update installed OS build 19041.1052 on my Asus G750. After that I was blocked from accessing Adobe software that I purchased from Adobe.com and was fully licensed. See the screenshot below that I posted for an example of the popup that opened every time I tried to use the Adobe software. I scoured the Adobe community for answers. They seem to say that some Microsoft updates change the Machine ID that stores Adobe and other software license information. They offered no solutions. To fix the issue I used a backup of my system from June 6 and successfully restored my system to

  Open Control panel.
  
• 
  Select Default Programs.
  
• 
  Click on Adobe Reader and set that application as Default.
  

If the issue persist follow the steps below.

• 
  Open Default Program.
  
• 
  Click on Associate a file type or protocol with a program.
  
• 
  Select any pdf file Extension.
  
• 
  Click on Change program.
  
• 
  Select Adobe Reader.

IP accessing

How could a program on your computer block anything from accessing your router anyway?
The router itself has to block things, I'd suggest using simple NAT and forwarding ports you need, the rest will be blocked.
