Windows 10: Build 19041 Cannot select fast stays as slow

Discus and support Build 19041 Cannot select fast stays as slow in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I am running Build 19041 and I usually am FAST on Insiders Settings.     I am running Build 19041 and I usually am FAST on Insiders Settings. Now I cannot change from slow to fast.

    Build 19041 Cannot select fast stays as slow

    Was able to change mine, went Settings, Updates, Windows Insider Program, clicked on the Slow grey area and got a screen that showed Fast, Slow, and Release Preview. Clicked on the dot before Fast and it changed from Slow, Went back usings the arrow at
    the top left and it showed Fast. I then went back to Slow using the same method.

    I was able to fix it. I clicked on my account and entered my pin and then I was able yo select fast build.
