    Build 19044.1499 21H2 KB5009596 does not address the L2TP bug fixed by OOB KB5010793


    Anyone else having issues with L2TP connections since the Build 19044.1499 update?I'm well aware Microsoft released an OOB update kb5010793 to address the problem, but this OOB update does not install on build 19044.1499. And my L2TP connections error out just the same as everyone after installing kb5009543."The L2TP connection attempt failed because the security layer encountered a processing error during initial negotiations with the remote computer"My suspicion as to why this all occurred is because my PC updated both kb5009543 and kb5009596 at same time 2 days ago. After reboot kb 500954
