Windows 10: Build 2004 Breaks Office 365 - don't upgrade!!!!

After upgrading to build 2004 my Office 365 stopped working - only OneNote would function; none of the other programs Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Publisher. Also the Mail configuration in Control Panel would not work either. I tried all solutions found on Google since I could not believe that the upgrade would kill Office 365 but it's did. Kudos to Microsoft for breaking their own product and causing me to loose almost a whole day trying everything else until I simply reverted to the 1909 build.

Cortana & Office 365 Integration

We are trying to integrate Cortana with our Office 365 subscription, but it never works. Here are the steps we have done:

• Turned on Cortona in the Office 365 Admin portal
• We are using Windows 10 1703 – connected Office 365 service to Cortana

Did the same on windows 10 mobile with no luck, Cortana says its connected to Office 365, but sees no data and we are getting zero errors

We went rough office 365 support first and tried all fo their suggestions, they kicked us over to Windows support which is currently closed.

We are on v1703 with all updates in place, it does not work on Windows 10 desktop or mobile

any ideas? I can give you all steps 365 support had us run through if that will be helpful

office 365 vs office 2013

They are the same, 365 has less money making schemes, but dumps everything on the cloud.
365 is online, 2013 is 100% offline.
Also 365 will cost more in the longrun, especially if you dont upgrade for 3 years.

 

DISM is breaking Office 365 2016

Usually we setup a computer, install all the needed apps, then use sysprep and DISM to create an image of a computer. However, it seems DISM is breaking Office 365 2016.

Error that I am getting:

Any ideas on what might be causing this? DISM is using the default exclude list. Let me know if you need more details.
