Windows 10: Build 22504 has made both my computers unusable - what do i do?

I have found that on both my laptop and desktop, windows explorer keeps continuously restarting. This means that I can't open anything and I keep getting a flashing screen every 4 or so seconds. Anything I open through task manager or command line closes instantly. I've tried things like sfc scanning but nothing has worked, and now I can't use both my desktop and my laptop. I understand that this issue may be fixed in 22518, but i can't open settings to actually update windows. What am I supposed to do?

Might I suggest you simply build a computer, making notes and taking pictures step by step. Most people (probably including your teacher) have no idea even where to start building a computer. You'll do fine, and if you get stuck we're here to help ya out! *Toast :toast:

Building a computer for a friend

Any reason for listing the 3820? Socket 2011 is total overkill for what your looking for. Socket AM3+ would be more appropriate.
