    I tried screen sharing with hp support and they couldn't figure it out and they informed me to go to the manufacturer to get help. He did as much as he could and everything he could and still wasn't able to get it to work. He did tell me that the updates for the PC do not support the camera driver it is a manufacturer thing. So, I'm guessing that means that the driver for the camera is older than windows 11 or 10, but our computers are at windows 11 or 10 for some people still having the same issue. I've tried terminating, rebooting, restarting, revising, scanning, resetting, just about everyt

    HP envy Camera shutter doesn't work

    Hello, My HP Envy x360 has a built in camera shutter that is connected to an on/off key on the keyboard. The problem is that my shutter is stuck in the ON position and won't go down despite me clicking the key and promoting its removal. The Laptop diagnostics and troubleshooting thinks the camera is fully operational and doesn't flag any issues. I have already tried updating drivers and what not. How do I solve this?
