Windows 10: Built-in Microphone isn't working after Windows 10 update 2021 on 20th May

Hello Microsoft,I have HP 15s series. The built-in microphone is not working after a Windows 10 update, the microphone was still functioning the day before during my meeting. The update was performed on "shutdown & update" during power off a few minutes ago today on 20t 20th May. Built-in microphone functions but the voice being recorded is very very low, hardly audible. It does not work on Cortana, Zoom, Google Search, Google meet, Microsoft recording, Skype, or anywhere. Tried to perform the microphone test, and driver update but it did not crack the

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps

Method 1: I suggest you to set microphone as default device and check.

• 
  Right click on the volume icon in the system tray and then click "Recording devices"
  
• 
  Right click on the blank space in the popped up window and then select "Show Disabled Devices" and "Show Disconnected Devices".
  
• 
  Right click on Microphone and then click "Enable".
  
• 
  Highlight the microphone and then choose "Set as Default Device".
  
• 
  Click Apply and OK.
  

Step 2: Make sure that the Microphone is not disabled.

• 
  Make sure that the Microphone is not disabled. Follow the steps given to check that:
  
• 
  Right click on the volume icon and select “Recording devices”.
  
• 
  Now, Right Click on an empty space and select, “Show disconnected devices” and “Show disabled devices”.
  
• 
  Make sure that the Microphone is not disabled.
  

And also update the audio drivers from the manufacturer web site and install.

• What type of upgrade are you referring to, is it a system upgrade or an update?
  
• What is the complete model number of the tablet?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit Enter.
