Windows 10: Built in realtek mic Quiet after installing a voice changer

I installed the Clownfish voice changer and ever since then, the mic did not work at all, only after I did some fixes people could even hear me, I uninstalled the software but even then, sometimes they could hear, and sometimes they couldn't and my voice was lower than usual. I didn't find any fix that works so I was hoping to find one here. This is a common issue to my knowledge, whenever you download voice changers and use the tweaks, this happens.

Laptop Built In Microphone Too Quiet After Installing Voice Changer

So I have a built-in laptop microphone. I decided to install a voice changer called Clownfish voice changer just to troll some friends on some games. It didn't work at all so I decided to uninstall it. Then suddenly, people can barely hear me anymore as
my mic is too quiet.

I tried troubleshooting audio problems, boosting microphone volume, disabling, and re-enabling my microphone. I'm not really a tech guy so I don't really know what to do. I was thinking of doing the process of uninstalling the Realtek driver and reinstalling
it but I'm afraid that I will mess something up. Any suggestions?

I installed clownfish voice changer and voicemod in an attempt to try and have some fun but now my the mic on my earbuds stopped working after I uninstalled them (here it's distant and on my phone the barely work) I need help

I downloaded a voice changer Voicemod and used it with my new Stealth Raptor headphones. At first everything was fine. But then when I started my laptop, the volume got very quiet and the loud buzz appeared.
