Windows 10: Built new pc but it constantly freezes

Hello,I've recently built a new pc but every so often the display freezes and I can't do anything other than force shut down the system via the power on button. I went to the sysinfo to check for crashes but I can't find any information there last event is the force shut down. I have tried updating the BIOS and graphics card but it still doesn't seem to help.The freeze happens at random times, whether watching a video, whether I am browsing the internet or whether I am away from the pc. If it freezes while I am watching a video, a constant high pitch sound comes off the speakers. Can't do ct

Windows 10 Constantly Freezes

Windows 10 on PC constantly freezes. I called support with no help. It freezes every 2-3 minutes. This is unacceptable and I don't know what to do. The Windows rep suggest that I could go back to Windows 8. I've had 10 for almost two months and I would
like to keep it; I just want it to stop freezing my PC. I have tried the various suggestions given to no avail, this is a Windows 10 problem. PLEASE HELP
