Windows 10: Burn jpg photos onto DVD, some I can view but some I can't, why is this.

Hi, there.I just burned some photos to a dvd, when I play it on my computer, the ones you can see the picture preview click on it and you see the picture fine.The ones with no picture preview, you try to open it and photo viewer say jpg file not support.All the photos are jpg, why it is some I can see others I can't?Please help.Thank you

Burning .png photos on Windows 10 to view on a DVD Player and a TV

You don't need any of the specialized software to burn your .PNG photos to a CD or DVD. You can follow these steps on how to burn your photos to a CD or DVD using the File Explorer:

• Open your File Explorer, then go to the Pictures folder.
  
• Select the photos you want to copy. Press and hold the Ctrl
  key from the keyboard while clicking the pictures you want to copy.
  
• Insert a blank CD or DVD.
  
• Select the With a CD/DVD Player option when asked how you want to use the disc.
  
• Type the title for your CD, then click Next.

How do I burn photos to dvd from Microsoft photos

Windows 10's Photos app is mainly designed as a photo viewer. If you want to burn the photos to your DVD disc, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Insert the DVD disc.
• Go to the location of the photos that you want to burn and select it. For example:
  This PC > Pictures.
• Under the Share tab on the upper part of the window, select the
  Burn to disc option.
• Once finished, right-click the drive's icon in File Explorer
  and press Eject .

Burn a dvd

Step 1: To burn DVD.

• 
  Insert the DVD which you want to burn before proceeding to below steps.
  
• 
  Open Start menu, type
  Windows media player in search bar and click on Windows media player from the search bar results. (Click on Recommended settings if you are opening the Windows media player for the first time)
  
• 
  Click on the Burn tab at top right corner on the Windows media player window.
  
• 
  Open the files which you want to burn to DVD by browsing the location from the left navigation pane in Windows media player.
  
• 
  Select the items which you want to burn to DVD, drag and drop the files to the Burn DVD section.
  
• 
  Now click on the Start burn under the Burn tab.
  
• 
  One the DVD has burned, you may eject the DVD.
  

Step 2: Install latest updates.

Install the latest available Windows updates.

  Open the Start menu and type
  Windows update in the search bar.

  Click on Windows update and
  Check for the updates.

  Download and install if there are any pending updates to be installed.
