Hi,I signed up for a business account using the wrong email. It must be changed. If it cannot, I need to delete it, get a refund for what I paid and then start another business account with the same domain. Please help.Charles Flaum

Based on what you said, there could be several possible understanding. I want to make sure I am giving you the correct answer, do you mind clarifying a bit further here.

You said you signed up for a business account, is it via some business product, such as Microsoft 365 for business?

If you want a different email username for your user, you can go to https://admin.microsoft.com, click on Users > Active Users on the left, then click on your User, and then click on "Manage username and email" to change your username to something else.

If it is about leaving a different username as your organization settings' main contact, then click on "Settings" on the left > Org Settings > Organization profile tab > Organization Information, and you can change the technical contact person's email address there.

If neither of them is what you meant, feel free to share a screenshot to help me further understand what you meant exactly.

There's also Support option on the left too to create a service request and have Microsoft business support rep return your call if needed.

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:
