Windows 10: But locker

I got a laptop to my school and they sent it to me with a BitLocker without telling me and they did not send me with all the documentation for the computer so I'm kind of stuck in a rut because I'm stuck in the Bios screen and so I can figure out how to find my bit loader code which really sucks and a very negligent of my school is there any other resources I can go through

• Have you created any system restore point on the computer prior to the issue?

I suggest you to manage the bit locker settings in the group policy settings by following the below link and check if it helps.

First before performing any changes in Bit locker settings, I suggest you to create System Restore point on the computer. So that we can restore back to previous Windows state if any issues occurs.

Bit-locker

I have my account and device listed but when I go to the bit locker it says no key is there and I ha e no other way to access it

 

Folder Locker

1. If I have my Folder Locker open, are the documents within accessible by everyone/anyone until I lock it again?
   
2. Is there a way to set an "auto-close" on the folder after a certain amount of time? I keep forgetting to lock it back up!
