    Button for WiFi is gone on HP laptop


    Hello!We have a HP laptop that isn’t very old. We downloaded all the new updates and now it can’t connect to the internet anymore.Also, the WiFi button is GONE, I can go to internet but I can look for internet, it just starts with VPN.Can someone help us? We need the laptop again I inserted two pictures so you can see!

    HP wifi button not working

    Hello

    i am facing problem in enabling the wifi button on my hp laptop. i have tried more than almost five methods but the problem is not fixed yet. i have tried hp wireless assistant, hp connection manager, carry out default settings etc. by troubleshooting it
    gives a message ""wireless capability is turned off"" and is not fixed by troubleshooter. light on wireless button is somewhat light red color and is not changing to white by pressing it.

    kindly suggest me solution as per my problems.

    I have gone through a variety of troubleshooting steps, tests, diagnostics, etc both myself from tutorials and twice with HP techs on chat with remote access. Hours. Way more than I can list.

    Button for WiFi is gone on HP laptop

    HP Probook 650 G2 wifi problem

    Hello everyone,

    I got a HP Probook 650 G2 laptop but can't get wifi working. Wired connection works good. There's no wifi adapter in Device Manager. Wifi button in the upper right corner is in orange. When i press it, the only thing it does is turning airplane mode on/off. Downloaded and installed all newest official drivers from HP website, ran HP Support Assistant software utility, updated BIOS, looked in there for any clue of wlan/wifi etc... nothing. External wifi antenna with Atheros drivers works fine. Can someone help me to get internal wifi adapter working? How else can i check if it's connected to PC properly without disassembling laptop? Thanks in advance.
