Windows 10: buy 2019 ltsc windows 10 key licence.

Hi. I´d like to know if with the key code licence i can buy in codigi or any other shop,if insert it in my desktop pc in order to change my student licence of windows 10 to 2019 ltsc, will it work?, i want to say: will i change my microsoft licence to 2019 ltsc keeping the whole of my configuration and my programs and archives?, or will i have to install it as a new instalation?thx very much for your answer.

Does Downgrade rights available for Windows 10 LTSC 2019?

we specifically needs to install Windows 10 LTSC 2015 version, but as per my information it is not available for sell. so can I purchase windows 10 LTSC 2019 under volume licensing and can in get media and product key of 2015 version of LTSC licenses under
downgrade rights?

Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC is not a consumer licence, it is a volume licence provided to companies and Organizations, is your intention to purchase that licence for a company?

The current version of LTSC is the 2019 version, that has not been updated to version 2004 yet and updates are handled by a company IT Dept. because that version of Windows does not receive regular updates like consumer versions of Windows 10
