Windows 10: Buying someone's computer

I bought a pc from someone and their name still pops up when I log in. Do I need to purchase a new license or can I transfer it to me? And If I do purchase a new key will I lose all my data?

Does this computer build have compatibility problems? Opinions welcomed!

Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

 

Finally, buying my new computer thursday

Get a 3850 or a 4670, they're both similar perfomance, although I'd say go for the second one since that uses less power, I've persuaded my friend that he needs to get into the modern age and use cards with power connectors mainly for the reason that he wants to play GTA IV and I acquired him a free 7900GT (big step up from his 6200)
