Windows 10: Buzzing audio on HDMI through my graphics card

I recently upgraded my motherboard, cpu, and ram so I had to do a fresh install of windows, and after installing drivers and all the windows updates I had, for a while everything was working just fine. However recently my audio is buzzing like crazy through HDMI via my AMD RX 580. I’ve tried everything I’ve googled, going in and disabling audio enhancements, running the troubleshooter, deleting Realtek audio drivers and reinstalling them they seem to auto resinstall no matter what and disabling windows auto driver installation and nothing helps. Your computer makes a noise or beeps from your internal speaker because it failed to detect the graphics card. What we can suggest is for you to try cleaning your graphics card with a pencil eraser. Here are the steps below:

• Turn your computer off.
• Pull out your video/graphics card.
• Rubbed the cold contacts with soft pencil eraser.
• Connect your video/graphics card back to the computer.

HDMI audio driver for ASUS X551M laptop?

Hi and thanks for the answer.
1,2 - done, but there's no HDMI audio device in the list of Playback devices - only built-in speakers.
I'm afraid my graphics card doesn't support audio output.
