Windows 10: Buzzing in headphones

The problem is that when I plug my headphones into my desktop its a buzz I know its a computer problem because it works on everything else other than this desktop, I can't hear anything but when I go into the sound control panel and test it I can hear the sound and the buzzing stops, I am using Realtek audio, please help!

Buzzing Noise in Headphones when no sound is being played

Here's my results

1. The buzzing doesn't decrease if I lower volume / increase if I raise volume
   
2. My headphones don't have a volume control built-in
3. My headphones don't have a detachable cable
4. I plugged my headphones into my phone and didn't hear any buzzing

 

Buzzing Sound in Background of Audio

Hello,

When my headphones are plugged into my laptop, there is a buzzing sound in the background of the audio. I know it’s not a problem with the headphones, because I tested it with my iPad and it worked perfectly. How do I stop this buzzing sound? Any suggestions
welcome.

Buzzing sound when using earpods/No Buzzing sound when using headphone on pc,whenever i connect and listen to music using my earpod i hear buzzing sound, however there is no buzzing sound when i connect a headphone to the same pc, the earpod works fine on my phone,what is causing it?
