    By installing new Win 10 over existing win 10 delete everything that was already in old win 10?


    So i been trying to reset my pc windows10 but it always says error has occurred and i tried everything from using cmd, software update but nothing has worked. So i ended up using the final option, installing a brand new windows 10 by using a flash drive. Is this going to get rid of all my file picture everything from my old one? Please i help me out thanks! If you are wondering i am trying to delete everything so another person can use my pc.

    I can't answer to the speed of Win-8 booting. I tried the Win-8 preview and went back to Win-7 after a month. They say that Win-8.1 is a lot better than Win-8 was.
    My Win-10 TP is working well ATM.
