Windows 10: by mistake i removed the charger from my laptop while in factory reset

a few days ago by mistake i removed the charger from my laptop and it closed while on a factory reset when i opened it it went on the same page and it showed 64% and after closed and opened i was trying to press different keys but nothing was changing it kept on goijng to 64% and after lcosed and opened.

Windows 10 Restart Problem (When charger connect, Perfectly work on battery)

Hello sir,

I have msi gp 627rdx leopard laptop. Processor- Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz, 2801 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s).

My problem

My laptop is work perfectly on battery. And when I plugged charger then it start charging. But some time (1 minutes to infinite minutes ) its restart again & again until removed charger.

when i reset my laptop the problem was solved. but after sometime (grater than 12 hours) again restart.



I followed may step problem was not solved.

1. Change charger
   
2. Reset
   
3. Factory Reset
   
4. Update all driver
   
5. Repair windows using media creation tools
   

 

How can I make my laptop hibernate/sleep when the charger is removed?

My laptop doesn't have battery. I'm using it with direct power supply. So the problem is that whenever the electricity goes off or when the charger is unplugged, my laptop shuts down and my work is disturbed.

Is there any way that when the charger is removed by mistake or when electricity goes off, my laptop hibernates/sleeps automatically and I don't lose my work?

(I'm using Windows 10).
