Windows 10: By using Window 10 I lost my processor capability

The time when I was using Windows 7,

When i click on option "rate this pc" the processor speed was 6.9 always (from 2010 to 2015 approx).

Then i used windows 10 from anniversary version till ver1803.

Now again installed win 7 to check its speed, result came processor speed is 6.7. Which is reduced by 0.2.


Since, base score is same i.e 4.3

Can I again get my processor speed back which is 6.9 .

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
