an error popped up saying my local storage was disabled

    Hi,

For some websites to be properly displayed, specific settings may need to be enabled. We'd like to learn more about your concern so that we could provide the proper resolution. We just have a few questions for you:

    • Which browser are you using to access this website?
    • Does this happen when using other browsers?
    • Did you make any changes to your computer before this happened?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

As an initial recommendation, we suggest enabling cookies in your browser. If you're using a third-party browser, you may contact their support team to find out how to do it. If you're using Internet Explorer, follow the steps

    here
to allow cookies. If you're using Microsoft Edge, follow these steps:

    • Click the three dots on the upper right corner of Edge.
    • Click Settings.
    • Click View advanced settings.
    • Choose Don't block cookies in the drop-down under Cookies.

If enabling cookies doesn't work, we suggest that you check the support articles for that specific site for this particular error or contact their support team for further assistance.

    ----

If you think this was useful, you may "mark it as an answer" to help those who are facing the same problem.

    Disable the Share Screenshot pop-up

    Hi,

Just to confirm, are you having the same issue? If so, kindly follow the troubleshooting steps below:

    • Right-click on Start menu.
    • Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Touchpad driver.
    • Restart the computer and it should reinstall the driver automatically.
    • If it doesn't reinstall automatically, download and install the latest Touchpad driver from the manufacturer's site.

Also, if you have a OneDrive icon on your taskbar, we suggest that you disable the automatic save of print screens.

Let us know how it goes.
