Windows 10: bypass update from win 10 to 11 that the minimum specs don't reach

I try to bypass update my pc and it works but there was a warning before I install win 11 but it was a success until I install Valorant. after I install valorant vanguard need's a TPM 2.0 and my PC don't have a TPM but the other game works fine not just a game everything works fine then I decide to go back from 11 to 10 in the process the media creation tool doesn't want to keep my app and files so I go with reset and it was good to go back in 10 but not as good as 11. then I download the Microsoft health app for PC and when I check, my problem is the processor and a TPM 2.0 but why does my pr

You don't post the exact symptoms others have posted, but try this...

Compatibility View may be the culprit.

Compatibility View tells websites that you're running an earlier version of Internet Explorer.

From IE> Tools (or Alt + t)> Compatibility View Settings, verify that the site is not in the list, that "Use Microsoft compatibility lists" is unchecked and that "Display Intranet Sites in Compatibility View" is unchecked.
