Windows 10: C disk usage at 100%

I've been having the problem for the past couple days now and I'm unsure what could cause this. I've tried disabling sysmain and other things inside services, since according to many tutorials it should have fixed it, but it never did. The disk usage is at 100% most of the times, but sometimes it is also at 50% but it spikes to 70% or 100% the whole time. How do I fix this?
