Windows 10: C drive completely full

HiMy laptop has a 1TB hard drive but it came with 4 partitions. I have had the laptop over a year and have been using it as it came with no problems. However now my C drive is completely full and I get a warning to delete files before I can open some programs WPS is unhappy, WeChat is shouty, Whatsapp says no...I have successfully deleted E and F drives and merged the space with the D drive but now I am stuck. I need to either reallocate some space or delete the D drive partition altogether. I have file folders on the D drive but when I click through most folders to the end it says empty. I

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

c-drive not accessible, access denied
