    C drive fills on it's own, no solutions have worked


    So today i was hit by a notification from windows telling me that i need to free up some space, i was confused as i tought i had enough space, i went to this pc and sure enough on drive c i had around 900 mb left, i tried scanning for viruses but nothing, i googled my problem and followed some of the recommandations, i deleted the system restore points, and while space was freed up, it wasn't much I tried performing a disk clean up but it didn't give me very good results,then i tried checking the disk for errors, nothing, i'l try checking the disk for errors again but i don't really know what to do, do you have any suggestions or is my hard drive failling?

    Have you check if Windows is currently downloading an update?

    You can try the suggested steps on this article:

    c drive filling up

    I am getting a problem. I am downloading a big 55 gb iso file in other drive except C but C drive is filling up. Why? and what is the solution?
