Windows 10: C Drive full, can't clear it and can't reset OS

I'm in rather a bind. The C Drive is basically full and I can't clear out the files since they're generated by software and I don't understand them. I have tried disk clean-up to basically no effect, tried removing apps also. I save all user files I can to other drives along with applications but though I re-route caches etc. to other drives everything still defaults to C. It's a small drive as SSD. The OS can't update and I can't use the reset PC but keep files option as that requires free space on C so the issue is rather circular.For some reason edge has 1GB of data under the AppData folder

Display shows a T

Thanks for your reply. A reset has fixed the issue! It must have been some sort of display artefact.



Except for this annoying "T", I could use Contacts functionality normally, eg scrolling down all contacts, clicking any letter to go to contacts starting with that letter.



When I first went into the Contacts listing screen the display showed those contacts beginning with a number, as per normal functionality.



When I selected a contact to see their details the T went away, only to come back again when I returned to the Contacts listing screen.



But the reset has cleared it. Once again many thanks.

Not willing to accept ALL of MS new T&C

So - is MS willing to refund me - the full £219.99 that I paid for the OS - Before MS
retrospectively changed my Terms and Conditions ?

First off, It was an AT&T store employee who suggested that I go this route to get what I want.



But Second, I read through that entire conversation and it's not clear to me that buying the phone off ebay instead of AT&T will trigger the charge based on what is said.



When you called did you make it clear that it was for a phone purchased elsewhere?
