Windows 10: C: Drive is dirty, "Scanning and Repairing Drive" seems to cancel on each boot

Hi guys I have been having a weird tech problem lately.To start I upgraded my pc like 2-3 weeks ago, namely a new samsung SSD that is now my boot drive. also a new motherboard and ram, if that helps.It seems to work fine but just recently I noticed that when I boot/restart before it gets to Windows it says "to skip disk checking, press any button in _ seconds." I didn't even notice this at first, but if I don't press anything, it starts with "scanning and repairing drive" with a little loading symbol, then after a few seconds both the screens turn black and windows pops up. I tried to find

My C drive is dirty.





Hello, today when I booted my pc there was a screen saying "scanning and repairing drive (C...". I found it strange and searched it up immediatly. Most of the tutorials said for me to do lots of stuff and in the end to go in cmd and use the command "fsutil dirty query C:". And in the end it was always dirty but the screen with "scanning and repairing drive (C..." dissapeared.

To conclude does anyone know how to clean my C drive so it isnt dirty?

 

(C Drive Dirty error

Recently started getting repairing and scanning drive every start up because my pc froze one day and wasn't shut off correctly, as in power unplugged. I’ve been on support with Microsoft for 4 hours before giving up and going to bed without an answer. Conclusion was my (C drive was dirty or something. How do I fix this issue?

 

PC Stuck Scanning and Repairing Drive C: at 11%

My PC freezes up on Start Up with this message:

Scanning and Repairing Drive C: and the progress never exceeds 11%.

I tried spamming the space bar on start up to cancel the scan, but it didn't work. I've tried going through Advanced Options, but am unable to access Safe Mode because my keyboard is unresponsive when the screen with the button prompts comes up. I've also
tried using the Command Prompt with fsutil dirty query c: but it doesn't recognize the command as internal or external. I'm at a loss as to what else I can do.

Any suggestions?

NOTE: I'm putting this up under Windows 10, but the Advanced Options offers me an option to continue on to Windows 8.1, which just leads back to the locked screen previously mentioned.
