    C: Drive is full , how do you make space to download an external drive application to do a backup? Error when trying to download from Seagate is Failed " Disk Full"


    Tried deleting some files to make space despite having Admin rights, denies the process saying I need to get admin permission?

    DONE ALL USUALS RE CLEAN UPS ETC AND MOVED FILES

    HOW CAN I USE\MOVE SPACE ON EXTERNAL DRIVE TO INCREASE SPACE ON C DRIVE PLEASE?

    OR

    HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD ALL UPDATES DIRECT TO EXTERNAL DRIVE??

    Downloads Pass Through C Drive while Downloading to External Drive

    I download numerous 20GB files, and a roughly 120GB file weekly, as my job requires. When I "Save Target As" to an external drive, it fills space on the C drive before finishing to the external.

    This becomes a MAJOR problem when I download the 120GB file to the external drive, because my C drive cannot hold this memory.

    How do I bypass the file temporarily going to the C drive??? And only fill the destination drive?

    I have set my libraries to an external drive as well.

    I have tested with both Internet Explorer and Edge and I'm on Win10 preview Version 1607 (OS Build 14372.0)
