Windows 10: C: drive is showing more used up space than the space occupied by files combined

Recently, My C: drive folder of 255 Gb space is showing 3 Gb space remaining. So, to reduce the space I tried options like disk cleanup, drive optimization, clearing up downloads, uninstalling unused apps, etc. Still, the amount freed up was very marginal. Unallocated Space to C Drive

Hi Travis,

It appears that a disk partition was created but was never assigned its allocation. Assuming there are no files stored in the unallocated partition, perform these steps to combine it with your C: drive:

• In Disk Management, right-click on (C which appears next to the
  Unallocated partition.
  
• Select Extend.

Let us know if you're able to combine the spaces after following the steps above.

C drive space filling

My C drive space in Windows 10 is filling up rapidly. I tried deleting CBS files but that weren't occupying much space.

I used Treesize but not able to make sense of which file is occupying unnecessary space and which file to delete.
