Windows 10: C drive keeps filling up

Hello! I have a Windows 10 Pro, and my C drive repeatedly fills up. I used tree size to find the folder that is taking most space, and the top 3 are 1. WinSxS in Windows that is 11 GB2. Appdata in Users that is taking 10.6 GB3. Microsoft Office in Program files that is taking 4.2 GB.Kindly guide me how to and what to clean for some instant space. Also recommend any tool or software that can automatically keep maintaining enough tools on my C drive, considering I am not much tech-savvy.Thank you

Have you check if Windows is currently downloading an update?

C Drive keeps filling up

my c drive keeps filling up all the time. maybe 4 days ago my disk space was very low (about 30-40gb) so i deleted some games. then i had 80gb of free space but suddenly the next day i go onto my computer and i only have 35gb left. now that i check my c drive it keeps filling up all the time and im wondering how i can make it stop filling up. i have tried a windows defender full scan and it says i have 0 threats and a disk cleanup. can somebody please help me????
