Windows 10: C drive not showing up in disk optimization [Windows 10 Home]

I recently shutdown windows while defragmentation on C drive was going on. Now when I turned my windows 10 home back on and open disk optimization C: drive was not shown there. So, I cannot optimize C: drive and I don't want to use 3rd party software for Defragmentation. I searched this problem and came across some answers. I tried something in command prompt and it showedC: drive is dirtyAlso I did some command line stuffs it showed meSome files are corrupted with some code 124A in the end don't remember the exact code. It also showed some files are orphan like that.I ran sfc /scannow it gave

Disk optimization scheduling in Windows 10

  Click on change settings

  In optimization schedule

  In frequency select the options accordingly.

Optimize drive - does not show in list

The drive that does not show in the Windows 10 list to optimize, reports as type "dynamic" in Disk Management (Disk 0, drive letters E: and F. Screen shots below.

Could this be why that disk does not show in Optimize? How can the disk and its drive letters show up in disk management, yet fail to show in Optimize?

Optimize drive - does not show in list

In Windows 10 when I go to my internal E: drive, select Properties, and then Tools, Optimize, the E: drive does not show in the list of drives available. The drive shows in Disk Management as healthy and online. It's a 500 GB internal NTFS drive. Performing
error checking Scan Drive (Tools, Error checking, Check) works successfully on it with no errors reported.

I also went to the command prompt (admin) and entered the command "defrag e: /a /v". It immediately comes back with the text

"Microsoft Drive Optimizer

Copyright (c) Microsoft Corp."

but does nothing.

I also tried the command "defrag e: /u /v" and that immediately returns the same text:

"Microsoft Drive Optimizer

Copyright (c) Microsoft Corp."

and does nothing.

I also rebooted to Safe mode with the same lack of results.

I am stumped about this problem. Thanks for any clues!
