Windows 10: C drive randomly filling up with no way to regain that space

recently my c drive has been randomly filling up after i activated windows 11 to enterprise using a mas script, i did a reinstall of windows 11 which brought it back down to around 61gb it was the repair thing in settings, but after 2-3 weeks its at 70gb, i did disk cleanup and it only frees up a few mb, please help.

C drive space filling

My C drive space in Windows 10 is filling up rapidly. I tried deleting CBS files but that weren't occupying much space.

I used Treesize but not able to make sense of which file is occupying unnecessary space and which file to delete.
