Windows 10: c/efi/microsoft/boot/cipolicies/active/{..}.cip is corrupted and can only boot into safe mode

My acer laptop got BSOD without warning and I can get the PC boot into safe mode and find out c/efi/microsoft/boot/cipolicies/active/{cdd5cb55-db68-4d71-aa38-3df2b6473a52}.cip is corrupted. This happen after I install Windows 11 on my laptopIs there anyway to fix this issue in safe mode? Because outside of safe mode the laptop will keep auto repair and cant boot into windows

unable to boot into safe mode

i have been hijacked, virus, everything. so i was told to boot into safe mode then run all of my virus and spyware scans. well i cant boot into safe mode, i turn off the computer using the power button, wait 30 seconds, press power again, as soon as i press that i press F8 and hold it down, i continue to hold it down and it just continues to go into normal windows boot....then i tried the same again, did the same. tried doing the same but this time "tapping" the F8 key, does the same...is there another way to boot into safe mode?

Could you provide us additional information to assist you better with this issue:

• What is the make and model of your device?
• Have you made any changes to the operating system prior to this issue?
• Are you able to boot the device to desktop with this error message?

This issue might have occurred due to corruption in the boot files or BOIS unable to detect your drive to boot.

How does one boot to Safe Mode in Win10?

You are kidding ... right?

Instead of simply hitting F8 upon boot to enter the option to select SAFE MODE, in the tutorial you list there are 7 steps to get into SAFE mode.

So... as I stated....Why does Microsoft continue to make things more difficult?
