Windows 10: C:\ is not accessible, Access is denied

I noticed this problem started this morning when the WhatsApp app wasn't working and wouldn't download from the Microsoft StoreI then tried accessing my C: and I get But I'm typing this from the PC where C is not accessible.I've tried several solutions I've found online.When I try rebooting into safe mode, I get to the login screen, put my PIN in then I get stuck on a black screenI've tried typing "net user administrator /active:yes" in PowerShell as an administrator, it says the command has run successfully but I still can't access C driveI went to the Security tab in Properties for the C dri

Just recently I have started to have this problem when trying to access c::

Computer runs fine , but, also programs cant update because of this.

I have tried all the suggestions on here and for c:: properties\ security and it either freezed or i get Access is denied.

Very frustrating as I cant access it and nothing can update

LAPTOP is not accessible ..... Access is denied.

I am trying to share a folder on a LAPTOP. I have other a number of other systems that have folders Shared and they work fine, but with this one I get the error "LAPTOP is not accessible ..... Access is denied." when I try to access it from a different Win10 system. So I went thru the entire "How to Share Files and Folders Over a Network in Windows 10" tutorial step by step. File and Print Sharing is enabled, SMB1.0 client & server are running, and Everyone has Full Access to the Share. Still get the error. I have tried it with the Network Public and Private, with the same result. Any suggestions ? Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042
