Windows 10: C.P.U sign in fails, get message "redirected to many times" ? Have cleared history and...

I have a Samsung chrome book and have used it for awhile but starting last week, I can not log into C.P.U sign in page. I keep getting message "redirected to many times". I have cleared my history and cookies still no luck.

Clearing Windows Defender history

Hey, what you need to do is so simple, just follow the steps below exactly in order:

1. Turn OFF Real-time Protection
2. Turn OFF Cloud-delivered Protection
3. Go to this folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service
4. Delete the contents in the folder
5. Turn ON Real-time Protection
6. Turn ON Cloud-delivered Protection

That's it... Now check protection History, it's empty.
Done!

 

Clear Windows Security Center (Defender) Protection History

Did not work for me. After going through all steps I still have protection history full

 

Sign in without p/w issue

Did a clean install of Windows 10 and updated it to the version shown.
Trying to eliminate the need for p/w at sign in, I ran netplwiz as I have always done.

Top USER ACCOUNTS is from the Install I've been upgrading for a long time
Bottom USER ACCOUNTS is from today's clean install on another machine

There is no:
"Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" to uncheck
in the clean install
I have never seen this before and can't by pass the sign in p/w step

Any suggestions greatly appreciated
