    C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00.UWPDesktop_14.0.33728.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\MSVCP140.dll is either not design to run on windows or it contains an error. Error status 0xc0000020. What is the problem? Due to this i can't use omen gaming hub, notepad, snipping tools like software. Please help someone to resolve this!

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    Learning to Program C

    my suggestion is to learn c first, then expand to c++ or java depending on your project requirements. if you decide to use visual studio (which i strongestly recommend) then you can just create c++ projects and write normal c code
